Cecile Brocheret MKDE HCP CSP
Cecile qualified in 1999 in Physiotherapy and Massage from St Maurice, one of the top physiotherapy training schools in France. She has since worked in France and England in both the Public and Private sectors and has extensive experience across many different areas of physiotherapy.
With significant experience gained in France in sports injury (semi-pro rugby league, Handicapped Persons Tour de France), respiratory conditions in babies, young children and the elderly, and burns recovery, Cecile moved to the UK and continued to develop both at NEC Harlequins Youth Development Academy, London Marathon as well as significant private work in respiratory and developmental physiotherapy in babies. She then furthered her experience in lifestyle and occupational physiotherapy within with large corporate organisations such as Unilever and BP.
In 2015, Cecile launched PhysioT Mobile Physiotherapy, with a particular passion for physiotherapy “in the patient’s own environment”, believing that tailored treatment can really help with recovery, whether it be really identifying the root and often “unspoken” causes of injury, or simply ensuring that treatment adapted to the home or office has the greatest chance of success by being a part of your life, rather than “something you just have to do”. PhysioT now treats a broad spectrum of patients in the Surrey community from urgent back or neck interventions, to sports injury, elderly lifestyle & mobility, babies and children, to post-operative recovery. No 2 patients are alike, but all united by one common theme – Physiotherapy in their environment is the right choice for them.
Cecile also works as First Contact Musculoskeletal Practitioner in a high-profile medical practice, diagnosing and managing patient treatment plans, various investigations or referral to orthopaedic consultants, accelerating their journey to recovery every day.
Her interests include walking, gardening, rugby and spending time back in France… Cecile is married with 2 children that occupy the rest of her time!!
