These simple exercises will help promote basic wrist flexibility.

Fully flex your wrist.

Try to flex your wrist even more. Hold approx. 30 secs.

Repeat 3 times.

Forearm supported on a table with your hand over the edge and palm facing down.

Let your hand drop down. Gently assist the movement with your other hand. Hold 20 secs.

Repeat 3 times.

Fully extend your wrist.

Try to extend your wrist even more. Hold approx. 30 secs.

Repeat 3 times.

Stand or sit. Forearms horizontally in front of you and palms together.

Push your palms together.

Hold 20 seconds.
Repeat 3 times.
